MARK 8:14–21
No.34- Bad Bread

We’re living in a deeply divided world, where everyone feels pressured to pick a side to today’s biggest issues. Where do you stand on racism, riots, policing, the rapture, marriage, economics, taxes, healthcare? How can anyone defend this politician’s character or that politician’s stance on abortion? These debates never go away; they just get louder. Emotions are at a fever pitch. People run each other over trying to identify with one side or the other. And while the world argues, the poison from both sides’ seeps into the church—fracturing relationships and draining power out of ministry. In today’s message, we look at how Jesus sternly warned His disciples about the danger of letting political influences distract them from the Gospel. His words cut through the noise of culture and call us back to what matters: the Kingdom of God.
