Mount Beneva Building Use Requests

We offer a variety of versatile meeting and event spaces across our Mount Beneva and Mount Lockwood facilities to accommodate groups of all sizes. At Mount Beneva, Room 106 provides an intimate setting for smaller gatherings of up to 10 people, while the Youth Office—located upstairs in the Family Life Building—comfortably holds up to 15 people without tables. For larger gatherings, the Community Room at Mount Lockwood accommodates up to 50 people. Our largest combined space is Room 201, located next to the gym; it can be used as three separate sections holding 20 people each, or opened into one large room to hold up to 60 people without tables.
