MARK 1:14–20
No.4- Life In The Kingdom

Personal question, how willing are you really to be a citizen of the Kingdom of God? The phrase “Kingdom of God” is a familiar one to most Christians, and a central theological teaching of Christ himself. It’s a powerful concept that has inspired many literary, musical, and artistic works throughout the life of the church. But what does it really mean.  Do we believe its true? How do we describe it, define it, etc.? Is it an ethereal concept or a physical one? Are there any concrete manifestations of the Kingdom of God? Is this concept even relevant to the church today, or to modern day life for Christians? Is it something we are waiting for to come, or is it here already? And if its here, should we do things differently? I hope each of us will be made uncomfortable today, intimately challenged to inconvenient introspection.
